So easy to make with just a few ingredients!

🛒 Ingredients:

For the Pastries:

  • 2 cans Pillsbury Original Crescent Rolls
  • 8 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
  • ½ cup Smucker’s Strawberry Preserves
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

For the Vanilla Glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional:

  • Fresh strawberries for serving
  • Extra powdered sugar for dusting

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough onto a lightly floured surface. Press the seams together to form rectangles, then cut into long strips.
  4. Spread a thin layer of the sweetened cream cheese mixture down the center of each strip, leaving room around the edges.
  5. Spoon a little strawberry preserves over the cream cheese filling. Avoid overfilling so the pastries don’t leak too much during baking.
  6. Fold and gently twist each filled strip, pinching the edges to help seal the filling inside.
  7. Arrange the pastries on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
  8. Bake for 13–17 minutes, or until the pastries are puffed, golden brown, and fully baked.
  9. While the pastries cool slightly, whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract together until smooth.
  10. Drizzle the vanilla glaze over the warm pastries and serve with fresh strawberries! 🍓
