This is such a fun experiment! After three days soaking

This is such a fun experiment! After three days soaking string cheese in pickle juice, it tastes amazing. It keeps the same great texture as regular string cheese but picks up a nice, subtle tangy pickle flavor. I’m going to leave them longer to see how they develop — definitely a win!

Pickle Juice String Cheese

How to Make It:

  1. Place string cheese sticks in a clean jar.
  2. Cover completely with pickle juice (from your favorite pickles).
  3. Seal the jar and refrigerate for 3+ days (taste test along the way — the longer they soak, the stronger the pickle flavor).

Result:
The cheese stays chewy and stringy but gains a delicious pickled tang. Perfect for snacks, lunchboxes, or charcuterie boards!
This is a great way to use up leftover pickle juice and turn plain string cheese into something special. My kids (and husband) love them!
