Ingredients (makes 10 burritos)
- 18 large eggs
- ½ cup milk
- Salt & pepper
- 10 breakfast sausage patties
- 10 hash brown patties
- 2–3 cups shredded cheese
- 10 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- Sheet pan eggs: Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Pour into a greased 12×17″ sheet pan. Bake at 350°F for 12–15 minutes. Cut into 10 pieces.
- Cook proteins: Prepare sausage and hash brown patties according to package directions.
- Assemble: On each tortilla, layer egg, sausage, hash brown, and cheese. Roll tightly.
- Store: Wrap individually and refrigerate or freeze.
Reheat: Microwave or air fry until hot.
