Nana’s Family-Table Pecan Pie Dump Cake
Ingredients
1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup light corn syrup
3 eggs
1 cup melted butter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, corn syrup, and melted butter until smooth.
- Stir in chopped pecans.
- Pour mixture into the baking dish.
- Sprinkle yellow cake mix evenly over the top.
- Drizzle with a little extra melted butter if desired.
- Bake for 45 minutes, until golden and set.
- Let cool slightly before slicing.
- Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
