Ingredients

To Set the Gelatin
- 2 packets unflavored gelatin (7 g each)
- Β½ cup cold water

- 2 cups mixed fresh fruit, diced

Instructions
1. Prepare the Creamy Mixture
Place the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, cream cheese, and vanilla extract in a blender.
Blend until the mixture is smooth, creamy, and free of lumps.
2. Bloom the Gelatin
In a small bowl, sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over the cold water.
Let it stand for 5 minutes to allow the gelatin to bloom.
3. Dissolve the Gelatin
Microwave the bloomed gelatin for about 30 seconds, or until it becomes completely liquid.
Do not let it boil.
