- Fruit Drops 🍭
Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- ½ cup water
- ½ tsp citric acid
- 1 tsp fruit essence
- Food color
Method
- Grease a marble slab or silicone mat.
- Heat sugar and water until dissolved.
- Boil without stirring until the syrup reaches 150°C (Hard Crack Stage).
- Remove from heat and stir in citric acid, fruit essence, and food color.
- Pour small drops onto the prepared surface.
- Let cool completely and store in an airtight container.
- Lemon Candy 🍋
Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- ½ cup water
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp lemon zest
- Yellow food color
Method
- Boil sugar and water until 150°C.
- Remove from heat and mix in lemon juice, lemon zest, and yellow food color.
- Pour into candy molds or make small drops.
- Allow to cool completely.
- Store in an airtight jar.

Method
- Heat sugar and water to the Hard Crack Stage (150°C).
- Remove from heat.

- Pour into molds or make small candy drops.
- Cool completely before serving.

- 2 tbsp ginger juice
- ½ tsp ginger powder
Method
- Boil sugar and water until 150°C.
- Remove from heat and stir in ginger juice and ginger powder.

Method
