Instructions

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.

Cook the Beef

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked, about 6–8 minutes.

Drain excess grease and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Let cool slightly.

Prepare the Biscuits

Separate the biscuits and flatten each one into a 4- to 5-inch round.

Fill the Burger Bombs

Place about 2 tablespoons of cooked beef in the center of each biscuit.

Top with:

Shredded cheddar cheese

Chopped onion

Bacon bits

Seal the Dough

Bring the edges of the biscuit dough up around the filling and pinch tightly to seal.

Roll gently into a ball and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake

Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the biscuit dough is golden brown and cooked through.

Serve

Allow the Burger Bombs to cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Serve with ketchup, mustard, ranch, or your favorite burger dipping sauce.
