Look at the stain in the photo
It’s not possible to diagnose a skin lesion from an image. If a spot:
changes size, shapeor color,

itches, bleeds or scabs,
suddenly compare or continue to grow,
It is advisable to have it evaluated by a dermatologist.
Therefore, the message in the image should be taken with a grain of salt: pigmentation spots rarely disappear simply by adding a “natural” ingredient to the cream. Sunscreen and a dermatological evaluation, when necessary, are the most reliable strategies.
