6 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided into 4 tablespoons and 2 tablespoons
3 cups thinly sliced yellow onion, from 1 large onion
3 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves, divided into 2 teaspoons and 1 teaspoon
2 teaspoons grated garlic, from 2 cloves (divided in half)
½ teaspoon granulated sugar
¾ teaspoon salt, divided into ½ teaspoon and ¼ teaspoon
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1½ pounds thinly sliced deli roast beef, cut into 1-inch wide strips
½ pound Swiss cheese, thinly sliced

Au Jus Dipping Sauce
10.5 ounces French onion soup Campbell’s bran
1½ cups water
1 ounce Au Jus mix

🍔 Ham & Cheese
12 sweet Hawaiian rolls
¼ cup butter, melted
1 pound ham, thinly sliced
12 slices Swiss cheese (8-ounce package)
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
½ tablespoon onion, dried minced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 pound ground beef crumbled

2½ cups shredded mozzarella, divided 1 cup and 1½ cup
¾ cup pizza sauce
20 slices deli-style dry-cured pepperoni,
⅓ cup salted sweet cream butter, melted
2 tablespoons grated parmesan
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

🍔 Buffalo Chicken
1 package Hawaiian sweet rolls (12 count), I used King’s Hawaiian brand
3 cups finely shredded cooked chicken, from 2½-3 pound rotisserie chicken
¾ cup buffalo wing sauce
2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix, I used Hidden Valley brand
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
½ cup blue cheese crumbles
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
