Double Cheeseburger Pizza Stack

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup dill pickle slices

1–2 roma tomatoes, diced or sliced

2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional for topping)

Sesame seeds (optional, for burger bun effect)

Instructions
1. Cook the Beef
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onions until fully browned.

Drain fat. Stir in ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

2. Build the First Layer
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

Place the first pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone.

Spread half the beef mixture over the crust. Sprinkle with half the mozzarella and cheddar.

Add a few pickles and diced tomatoes if using.

3. Add the Second Layer
Place the second crust on top like a sandwich.

Spread the remaining beef and top with more cheese, pickles, and tomatoes.

4. Bake
Bake for 12–15 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden.

Optional: Brush the top crust lightly with mayo and sprinkle sesame seeds for a burger “bun” effect.

5. Serve
Let it rest 5 minutes before slicing.

Serve with extra ketchup, mustard, or burger sauce on the side.

Tips & Variations
Add crisp bacon, jalapeños, or grilled onions between layers for extra flavor.

Use flatbread or naan for mini stacks.

Try special sauce drizzle (mayo + ketchup + relish) on top for Big Mac vibes.
