INSTRUCTION
Part 1: Clove Foot Soak
Step 1: Prepare the Soaking Basin
Choose a wide, deep basin or tub that comfortably fits both feet.
Fill with 1.5 to 2 liters of warm water. The temperature should be soothing but not scalding.
Step 2: Infuse the Water
- Add whole cloves directly to the water.
- If using optional ingredients, add them now:
- Epsom salt for muscle relief
- Rosemary or mint for aroma
- Ginger for warmth
- Apple cider vinegar for skin softening
- Stir gently and let the mixture steep for 5–10 minutes. The water will become aromatic and slightly tinted.
Step 3: Soak and Relax
Place feet into the basin and soak for 15–20 minutes.
- Use this time to relax—read, meditate, or simply breathe deeply.
- Gently massage feet during the soak to stimulate circulation.
- After soaking, pat feet dry with a clean towel. Optionally, apply a natural moisturizer or balm.
Part 2: Oral Clove Remedy
Step 1: Select and Prepare Cloves
- Choose 3–5 whole cloves. Inspect for freshness—they should be firm and aromatic.
- Optionally, rinse briefly under clean water.
Step 2: Use
-
- Place cloves on the tongue or tuck them between the gum and cheek.
- Allow them to rest in the mouth for 5–10 minutes.
- You may gently chew to release oils, but avoid swallowing the cloves.
Spit out after use or discard safely.
Foot Soak: One batch serves one person. Can be repeated daily or weekly depending on need.
Oral Remedy: Use 3–5 cloves per session. Can be used up to twice daily, especially during discomfort or for breath freshening.
