Nana’s Family-Table Pecan Pie Dump Cake

Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix

1 cup chopped pecans

1 cup light corn syrup

3 eggs

1 cup melted butter

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease a baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs, corn syrup, and melted butter until smooth.
  4. Stir in chopped pecans.
  5. Pour mixture into the baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle yellow cake mix evenly over the top.
  7. Drizzle with a little extra melted butter if desired.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes, until golden and set.
  9. Let cool slightly before slicing.
  10. Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
