Sheet Pan Breakfast Burritos

Easy, filling, and budget-friendly! These homemade breakfast burritos are perfect for meal prep. Just $1.50 each and way better than store-bought.

Ingredients (makes 10 burritos)

  • 18 large eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • Salt & pepper
  • 10 breakfast sausage patties
  • 10 hash brown patties
  • 2–3 cups shredded cheese
  • 10 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Sheet pan eggs: Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Pour into a greased 12×17″ sheet pan. Bake at 350°F for 12–15 minutes. Cut into 10 pieces.
  2. Cook proteins: Prepare sausage and hash brown patties according to package directions.
  3. Assemble: On each tortilla, layer egg, sausage, hash brown, and cheese. Roll tightly.
  4. Store: Wrap individually and refrigerate or freeze.

Reheat: Microwave or air fry until hot.
