So easy to make with just a few ingredients!
🛒 Ingredients:
For the Pastries:
- 2 cans Pillsbury Original Crescent Rolls
- 8 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
- ½ cup Smucker’s Strawberry Preserves
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
For the Vanilla Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional:
- Fresh strawberries for serving
- Extra powdered sugar for dusting
👩🍳 Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Unroll the crescent dough onto a lightly floured surface. Press the seams together to form rectangles, then cut into long strips.
- Spread a thin layer of the sweetened cream cheese mixture down the center of each strip, leaving room around the edges.
- Spoon a little strawberry preserves over the cream cheese filling. Avoid overfilling so the pastries don’t leak too much during baking.
- Fold and gently twist each filled strip, pinching the edges to help seal the filling inside.
- Arrange the pastries on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
- Bake for 13–17 minutes, or until the pastries are puffed, golden brown, and fully baked.
- While the pastries cool slightly, whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract together until smooth.
- Drizzle the vanilla glaze over the warm pastries and serve with fresh strawberries! 🍓
