These Cheesy Burger Bombs are packed with juicy seasoned beef, gooey melted cheese, crispy bacon, and savory onions, all wrapped inside a buttery golden biscuit crust. They’re perfect for game day, family dinners, parties, or anytime you’re craving a fun handheld cheeseburger!
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
2 cans (16.3 oz each) refrigerated Grands! biscuits
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup bacon bits
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
Cook the Beef
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked, about 6–8 minutes.
Drain excess grease and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Let cool slightly.
Prepare the Biscuits
Separate the biscuits and flatten each one into a 4- to 5-inch round.
Fill the Burger Bombs
Place about 2 tablespoons of cooked beef in the center of each biscuit.
Top with:
Shredded cheddar cheese
Chopped onion
Bacon bits
Seal the Dough
Bring the edges of the biscuit dough up around the filling and pinch tightly to seal.
Roll gently into a ball and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake
Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the biscuit dough is golden brown and cooked through.
Serve
Allow the Burger Bombs to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Serve with ketchup, mustard, ranch, or your favorite burger dipping sauce.
